We chatted with the Director of Technology at CliqStudios to learn more about their journey so far, their partnership with Freshworks, and how Freshsales aids their growth strategy.

Powering a technology shift

In 2020, CliqStudios charted a strategy to transform its business processes and pivot from its old technology stack. CliqStudios wanted an all-in-one solution that covered caller, ticketing, CRM, and marketing. Among the various digital channels, the website was a key lead-generation touchpoint that necessitated an enhanced user experience to drive conversions.

The team was looking for a solution that was easy to use, had a shorter learning curve, and

offered faster time-to-value. CliqStudios leadership team called out three key criteria that made Freshsales an obvious choice:

  • Seamless exchange of information between Freshworks suite while offering integrations with third-party tools and applications in their tech stack 
  • Customization capabilities and trigger-based lead management
  • Robust reporting and analytics to track performance.

How did the Freshworks team do it?

CliqStudios wanted to integrate the CRM with their existing Freshworks products. To drive this
transformation, the Freshworks team worked on a 3-pronged approach to address People, Process, and Tools. Freshworks planned a quick and easy migration process, partnered with the CliqStudios team to tailor a comprehensive training program to facilitate a seamless transition, and integrated Freshworks into the CliqStudios tech stack. 

The onboarding process was completed in about 45 days, and all data was swiftly migrated to Freshsales.

A unified CRM helps unearth opportunities by deriving insights from omnichannel customer
interactions. The Freshsales integration collated customer information across touchpoints on the CRM platform.

With Freshsales’ Round-robin algorithm, lead allocation is now streamlined, eliminating manual
interventions. It also ensures lead allocation is quick, fair, and transparent. Integrating the
website with Freshsales helped collate customer information from email logs to attachments and all other relevant information. Today, sales folks are equipped with a 360-degree view of
customers, enabling them to have contextual conversations that have significantly boosted
upsell/cross-sell opportunities and sales conversions.

Freshsales’ integration with Freshdesk omnichannel (Freshchat and Freshdesk Contact Center)
empowered the support and sales teams to collaborate in real time and be a true friend of the
customer. After the Freshsales implementation, CliqStudios has accelerated its sales cycle by
up to 35%.
