To avail the offer you must be associated with one of our partners and meet our funding criteria

• A startup with ≤ USD 4 million in funding, you are eligible for 90% off in your first year, 50% off in the second year, and 25% off 3rd year onwards.
• A startup with > USD 4 million and up to USD 10Mn in funding and has not raised Series B, you are eligible for 75% off in your first year, 50% off in the second year, and 25% off 3rd year onwards.

Yes, the startup offer is applicable only on accounts with less than 30 agents. If your requirement exceeds 30 agents please get in touch with the team.

Any misinformation regarding funding criteria will lead to removal of any discount applied and you may be required to repay Freshworks any discounts received as a result of falsely misrepresented information.
