The product adoption program is complimentary and designed to quickly get customers up and running with essential features. Premium onboarding packages provide a more hands-on, closer partnership with customer teams for more complex and advanced implementations.

The product adoption program is complimentary. Over 10,000 customers have leveraged this program successfully at no cost. However, there may be a professional charge in some unique cases if custom development is required.

I am using a Freshworks product that is not covered by the product adoption program. How can I get help?
