12 supported languages
Your sales and marketing teams can now choose from the below 12 languages in Freshworks CRM and work with ease from different geographies.
This is the list of supported languages:
- German
- Dutch
- French
- Br Portuguese
- LATAM Spanish
- EU Spanish
- Swedish
- Japanese
- EU Portuguese
- Italian
- Korean
- Simplified Chinese
To update the time zone and language,
- Click the Profile Icon and click the pencil icon. You will be redirected to the Org dashboard.
- Click the Edit Profile button to make changes to the language and time zone in the Other Information section under the Profile tab.
