Cuando se registra, obtiene acceso al instante a nuestro plan Estate completo durante 21 días días. Le enviaremos un correo electrónico cuando su prueba caduque, tras lo que podra seleccionar un plan y pagar mediante tarjeta de crédito para continuar usando el producto. Si decide no continuar, su cuenta será suspendida.

 

¿Están seguros mis datos?

En Freshworks, nos tomamos en serio la seguridad de los datos. Nuestros servidores están alojados en un centro de datos de primer nivel protegido por vigilancia 24 horas y nos aseguramos de que nuestra aplicación siempre está al día con los últimos parches de seguridad.

¿Cómo funciona el teléfono integrado?

Haga y reciba llamadas en Freshsales comprando números de teléfono locales y números de atención gratuita a partir de 1$/mes. Una vez habilite la funcionalidad del teléfono, recibirá un correo electrónico junto con 5 $ de crédito para comprar y realizar llamadas telefónicas. Siempre puede comprar más créditos en "Planes y facturación" en su cuenta de Freshsales. Comprobar las tasas de llamada.

 

¿Puedo cambiar a un plan superior o inferior en cualquier momento?

Sí, puede hacerlo. Freshsales es un servicio de pago según uso, así que puede cambiarse a un plan superior, inferior o cancelar en cualquier momento. No tenemos tasas por cancelación; no obstante, sin cancela, será cobrado por el mes actual.

 

¿Qué métodos de pago aceptan?

1. Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito Visa, Mastercard, Discover y American Express de todas las divisas (las tarjetas American Express y Discover de divisa INR no se aceptan).
2. Aceptamos transferencias de PayPal únicamente en USD.
