How does the 14-day free trial work?
After you sign up, you get free unrestricted access to all the features available in Freshservice for MSPs for 14 days.
Who is an agent? Can I add an agent on short term basis?
In Freshservice for MSPs, an agent can either be full-time or occasional, depending on your requirement. Full-time agents are part of your core support team, while occasional agents only access the service desk when needed. Freshservice for MSPs includes 3 free Day Passes at signup for occasional agents. You can purchase additional Day Passes as required. Admins control each agent’s role and access level.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime, but your cancellation will take effect only after the end of your current billing cycle.
For online self-serve customers, cancellations are processed automatically at the end of the billing cycle. For contract customers, cancellations are handled manually through a cancellation request or a revised order form.
Is my data safe?
We take security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data center is EU-US privacy shield compliant and all accounts include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and also PayPal. For annual contracts, we accept checks and online transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, INR currencies.
