Freshworks CRM and Copper CRM both have reporting capabilities, but the interface to create reports is a lot easier in Freshworks CRM. Although Copper CRM comes with pre-built reports, creating custom reports can only be done in Google Sheets using their suggested add-on to import your data out of the CRM and into Sheets. But in Freshworks CRM, you can work with your data and charts within the CRM itself.
Freshworks CRM comes with plenty of standard reports—like sales activity, sales cycle, and velocity, trendline reports— which you can modify. You can create your own reports too.
